No Refund Policy

Effective 13 July 2026. WB by TD provides a seven-day free trial so you can evaluate the platform, compatibility with your WhatsApp setup, and suitability for your business before paying.

No refunds after payment

After a subscription payment is successfully completed, all fees are non-refundable. This applies to unused time, unused messages, accidental purchases, changes in business requirements, account inactivity, and cancellation before the end of a paid period.

Your responsibility before checkout

Please use the full trial period to review the Service and contact support with questions before making a purchase. By completing payment, you acknowledge that you had the opportunity to evaluate the Service and accept this policy.

Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. If a duplicate charge or verified billing error occurs, contact us promptly through the support details in your account so we can investigate.
