Terms of Service

Effective 13 July 2026. These terms govern use of WB by TD, a service provided by The Dhwalin.

Using the Service

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account and for your users, agents, subscribers, content, and integrations.

WhatsApp compliance

You must comply with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform terms, messaging policies, applicable privacy and marketing laws, and opt-in requirements. You must not send spam, misleading content, prohibited goods or services, or messages to contacts without the required permission. We may suspend activity that creates risk to recipients, Meta, or the Service.

Subscription and trial

Your account may include a seven-day free trial. Paid access is billed in advance at the price displayed before checkout. Fees, taxes, and payment obligations are your responsibility. See our Refund Policy for the no-refund terms applicable after payment.

Ownership and availability

You retain rights in your content. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and transmit it to provide the Service. The Service is provided “as is” and may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable; we will use reasonable efforts to maintain it.

Liability and termination

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Dhwalin is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim. You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach, non-payment, security risk, or legal necessity.

General

These terms are the complete agreement regarding the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains effective. Questions should be sent through the support details in your account.
